Who can use WonderGifts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, place an order, or create an event. Birthday events are created by parents and guardians on behalf of children — children do not use the service directly.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Orders, prices, and payment

• Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and may change over time.
• Delivery is currently available within Egypt.
• An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any amount charged.
• Payment options are shown at checkout. Where orders are confirmed manually or paid on delivery, your order is finalised once we confirm it.

Returns and refunds

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Custom or personalised items may not be returnable unless faulty.

Birthday events and wishlists

The events feature lets you create a shareable page with a child’s wishlist so guests can buy gifts. You control who receives the event link. Anyone with the link can view the event and mark or purchase gifts. You are responsible for the information you add and for sharing the link appropriately.

Content you upload

You may add information and an optional photo of the child. By uploading content you confirm that:

• You are the parent or guardian, or have their permission.
• You have the right to share the content.
• The content is appropriate and does not infringe anyone’s rights or any law.

You grant us a limited licence to store and display this content only to operate the event and delivery features. We handle photos as described in our Privacy Policy, including automatic deletion after the party. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or events.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the service.

Intellectual property

WonderGifts and its content (excluding content you upload) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderGifts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
